Job Description
The Recruiter for Group Informatics provides the client organization with appropriate talent to fill open positions and contributes to the success of Roche Recruitment. The main tasks are:
Searches, selects and hires new employees to meet current and future business needs and supervises and handles the related administrative work flow
Understands the businesses of Group Informatics, is able to discuss key business strategies and understands the related recruitment requirements
Handles candidate workflow and shows compliance with our e-recruitment system Taleo
Is knowledgeable in using a variety of sourcing and selection tools and identifies preferred recruitment strategies together with the hiring manager Helps identifying process improvement opportunities in the areas of candidate sourcing, selection and hiring and leads correspondent projects
Builds credibility and trust as an internal consultant on recruitment topics, coaches (senior) line management on best practices in recruitment, selection and assessment and partners up with stakeholders within HR
Demonstrates compliance with local employment laws/ regulations & company’s hiring policy
The key requirements for this position are:
University degree and ideally a successful track record in recruiting for Informatics roles
Be familiar with recruitment processes and tools and used to recruiting in a global, challenging environment
Strong self-starter with good team, social and problem-solving skills and a pronounced service orientation
Excellent communication skills are key
Fluent English language skills are a must, German language skills an asset
