Regional Head of Revenue Management - Europe SABMiller - Zug


Job Description

To drive successful embedding of Revenue Management by raising the overall level of revenue management acumen across SABMiller Europe (SABME).

Support the Country MDs and market-based Revenue Managers on a variety of topics including:

• Training and support on use of European Pricing Way frameworks, analytics and tools
• Guidance on how to integrate Pricing strategy into a broader revenue and profit focussed commercial strategy
• Analyzing multi-country pricing issues including International Worthmore Brands (IWB) pricing
• Ensure Revenue Management thinking is integrated with other group/region initiatives
• Providing scale in vendor agreements that can be negotiated at a multi-country level
Desired Skills & Experience

• Significant experience within FMCG manufacturer or major Retailer in trade promotions, customer marketing, sales or finance - but with a particular focus on pricing and/or revenue management
• University degree, preferably in Marketing and/or Economics
• Deep understanding of consumer pricing research techniques including choice-based conjoint
• Strong understanding of econometric modelling and analysis
• Experience of managing a process across multiple functions
• Skilled Excel user, knowledge of other pricing system tools advantageous (eg. Margin Minder)
